I always have a great time with the staff when i visit the office. They are fantastic at communicating and very nice every time i come to the office. They always call to remind me of appointments and I have no trouble getting in here when i have an issue. They have done a great job taking care of me.
Dr. Phatak just did a cystoscopy on me, he and his staff were reassuring and wonderful! Very gentle, a quick pinch and over in 20 seconds, worked myself up for nothing!

So I actually love Dr. Phatak He is a very good doctor my grievance is with his staff. I called expressing that I was having kidney discomfort. And I was looking to get guidance because it based off of my previous messages and going through my pcp, it was time I spoke to a specialist and I was promised a phone call from the nurse. That did not happen. No I understand that they are busy because I myself work in a doctor's office and I myself is a clinical coordineither so I understand better than anyone but.
