Slum
This is by far the WORST place you can live in the Lafayette Area or anywhere for that matter. The management is absolutely horrible and lack professionalism. They are rude, inconsiderate and do not care for your well-being or your needs when it comes to living comfortably. The appliances in the apartments are old-fashioned and rusty.
