they painted a panel that I specifically instructed not to paint and I was left with a car that has very poor paint job. they offered no help to correct their mistake.
I went to Sagamore with horrible damage to both doors on my Honda crv. I had no idea how to do anything with insurance etc. Not only does my truck look brand new but they handled everything with the insurance and adjuster and the rental car and told me to just relax. It was a fabulous experience at such a stressful time. Also, my truck was finished very quickly, b4 the time period they estimated. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but if I have to there is no better place to go for body work.
Very bad experience Very unprofessional They took money from my insurance for the job they didn’t do as it was claimed or proposed to be done. I spent money to reinspect the car with another body shop and get detailed report. I will take them to court.
