Dr. Ali performed a colonoscopy on me yesterday and the care that I received from her and her staff was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I walked in her staff was so caring and professional, they wanted me not only to be comfortable but also to be informed of every step of the process. I took my mom to see Dr. Ali and told her that my mom had been experiencing several concerning digestive issues, which Dr. Ali did absolutely NOTHING about- She did not offer any referrals for tests nor give us any ideas as to why my mom might have been experiencing these issues, acting as if they are normal symptoms. She certainly didn't prescribe any kind of medication nor suggest ways to support my mom with what she had been experiencing for months. Completely incompetent. Missed key important issues that progressed over the course of 6 months. Ended up having emergency surgery to fix an issue that could’ve been handled much sooner. Officer never followed up after my hospital stay, despite being notified and apart of the same healthcare system. Doctors miss things, but a blanket diagnosis without further investigation is negligence. Wont risk my life going to her again.
Dr. Sagal Ali and her staff are excellent, top of their profession, their care and concern for their patient is unprecedented I would highly recommend anyone in need of a Gastroenterologist to see Dr. Ali she and her staff are the "BEST" !!
