My husband and I worked with SAGA from start to finish. From purchasing our lot to constructing our home. They were so knowledgeable about the entire process and accommodating with our requests. What should have been a stressful process was actually stress free. Our home came out beautiful and was completed on time and on budget. We would recommend SAGA for all or any part of the building process! Five Stars!

Terrible company. Cheap materials, trash design, laziest employees I have ever seen. I live in their "luxury" apartments. This place is landfill level garbage at 24 hour concierge prices. I have never lived in a place so poorly maintained that weeds were growing out of the gutters. Our office is supposed to be open from 8:30am to 4:30pm but the property manager is only on site for about 3 or 4 hours a week. And I'm pretty sure that a few things in my lease are actually illegal... like charging me $90 a month for water no mat... read more

Disgusting neglect by SAGA Construction and Realty. The company has owned this historic hotel in the heart of the Edenton, NC historic downtown for 8 years and not maintained it on the inside or outside. As a result, it has been vandalized and poses a public safety risk.
