Store is good for sealed product, the environment and people are good. Prizing is not good for both yugioh and magic in the higher brackets. Specifically first and second prizing has a massive difference for tournaments that make it so that there are two players with a 3-0 score, leaving prizing up to chance for the first place and second place prize. Did not receive product that I pre-ordered. When I had asked about it, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and no reimbursement was offered

This was a $143 order never shipped. Do not buy from this place. I placed 2 orders on Memorial Day May 26th. One order shipped promptly the next day. I noticed that my second order never shipped, so I call the store. The person answered said they couldn't help me I would have to email. I figured they saw two orders to the same address and packed them together so I waited 3 days for the package to arrive. It was just the first order.
