Very poor online shopping experience. They sent me the wrong item, and despite multiple follow-ups, they were unable to process the refund for over two months. I definitely do not recommend buying from this store.
Horrible business practice. Over msrp on products. No refunds , nor credit when canceling orders. No that's okay. I just don't do any business anymore at your location. This has always been done by customers at ur store so that's fine thanks for removing me from the discord too lol It's okay. Shady business stays shady
I usually buy my OP from mitsuwa, but theyve been sold out for 3 days. I called multiple places and no one had or was way overpriced. I called them and they said they OP-16 booster boxes for sale. Price was super reasonable and lady at the counter was nice enough to let me pick my boxes.
Employees are great but policies of the store are horrendous to customers. No credit to cancelled product or replacement. No refunds with their policies. Owners only incentive for themselves.
I’ve been playing here weekly for a few months and love the vibe for the community. The prices are phenomenal, and I am happy to support a local business!
