I was at the SB store yesterday morning (July 1st). I was excited to take my friend there since she had never been. The customer service was awful. The person behind the cashier wouldn’t even look up when I asked a question. She was on her phone and then when my friend asked about a pair of shoes, she said we don’t have them in your size and my friend laughingly said well why not and the clerk said because they’re sold out in a condescending way.
