Pretty nice apartment, but scammy practices. Received a call from them requesting a 5-star review on Google which is illegal. Additionally, I was enrolled in "Rent Plus" without my consent - now my rent is being reported to a credit bureau and I pay more every month.

This apartment is far too expensive for what it has to offer. Most amenities in the apartment are either breaking or in very dirty/filthy condition. The “free” printer they offer almost never works, and is always out of ink or toner. The washing machines are horrendous and look extremely dirty, with no effort whatsoever to get those cleaned. Our kitchen has bugs and we contacted maintenance three times about it and no one has been to our room to look at it. Their roommate matching process is not accurate or up to date at all. They need to ask question like do you like the apartment warm or cold, are you social, and do you want to have people over later in the day. I recommend finding people and not going random like we did.

We shall see how this goes! So far communication has been a bust. I left several messages and was told to email the info@... email, but never get responses. Kept getting "you're late for your first month's rent" emails, but the check was sitting somewhere on a desk and not cashed yet. Annoying. Hopefully this isn't a sign of the year to come for my child.
