We shall see how this goes! So far communication has been a bust. I left several messages and was told to email the info@... email, but never get responses. Kept getting "you're late for your first month's rent" emails, but the check was sitting somewhere on a desk and not cashed yet. Annoying. Hopefully this isn't a sign of the year to come for my child.
Potential tenants/Lesees beware - This place is a scam and we feel swindled! They raise the rates for the same units as the school year approaches to pressure you into signing. Once you sign, they could care less about you and are poor to respond. The rates are outrageous for what is offered (unattentive staff, old furnishings and appliances, poor security and cleanliness) and the lease is for a room, not for the apartment space. Karim was awesome at showing us around Saga Ann Arbor. The facility looks great and very clean. I’m sure my daughter will be very happy with the room and all the amenities!
Don't live here if you can help it! Rent prices are insanely high for what you get. I live in a 4-bed, 5-person apartment and decided not to renew because my monthly payment would have been 1700 dollars a month, for sharing a bathroom and having a super tiny bedroom. This is over a 200 dollar increase, which should be illegal. 200 dollars extra per month on top of that for parking is even crazier.
