This is not an urgent care. It’s a scam. The entry room is cramped and feels like the entrance to an illegal organ donor facility. Every 30 seconds a high pitched alarm beeped from the fire alarm. I came in with symptoms of what I thought was a yeast infection. Doctor did not test my urine and prescribed a yeast infection medication. Symptoms did not clear up. Two weeks later I went to a different urgent care practice, which did a urinalysis, and found out that I had a raging urinary tract infection.

The doctor is unfriendly, discompassionate, pompous and ignorant. Go to Northwell where they know what they are doing and treat you with respect and care.
