I am very concerned about this situation. I have always trusted this pharmacy to provide prescriptions for myself and my husband. Recently, there have been repeated mistakes. Twice in one week, my husband’s medication was filled incorrectly. When I spoke to the older pharmacist who is there during the week, his explanations did not make sense. My parents have been loyal customers of this pharmacy for years. Recently this past week , I visited to pick up their prescription. I was having a rough day and wasn’t in the mood to be friendly. I don’t recall the young lady’s name, though I believe it began with a “K,” as I heard the pharmacist say it. However, she usually works at the register whenever I come in. She is incredibly kind and helpful, not just to me but to everyone she assists. Her kindness truly stands out from the rest of them.

I have been coming to this pharmacy since I was a little girl—over the past 40 years, my family and I have always relied on Sag Pharmacy for our personal home items and prescriptions. I’ve always made it a point to support local businesses, believing in the value of community and personal connection.
