I called out of the blue to ask sag harbor fireplace if they woukd come look at my firepit. They came the next week and quickly assessed what parts i needed. I asked if they could possibly get the parts and install within the next 7 days before a birthday. Party. They did it!!! I’m a customer for life now!
Great people, great service
We were very satisfied with the work the two young men provided to clean my chimney. They were efficient, polite and very conscious of keeping my living room dust free. It was a pleasure having them clean my chimney. I highly recommend their services and will call them again in the future.
Every one here was super friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We had great service from the start to the finish. We would take two ferries to use them again! Thank you Justin & Yash
