Honestly, the place is basically abandoned now—maybe not entirely, but several of the buildings definitely are. Sometimes kids go there. I’ve seen a group of them actually fixing things up in one of the buildings, trying to make it better, and then another group came through later and ruined it again. What’s worse is that the people who still stay there have threatened these kids with violence—and even worse—for simply walking through the property or trying to fix anything. They are a reason for zero star option. They quote cheap to lock you in so they can back charge you in the end. Caused so much damage to my work when they where dismantling their equipment Use superior scaffolding
