I do not like the receptionist at DR. . Hammoudi has working for him. They are too young unprofessional don"t listen to me. keep interrupting me and change the subject which I have no idea what she"s talking about not what I called for. This is the 2nd time. Asking me what med I need refilled and how many times I"ve called before. She just doesn"t listen and should be replaced with someone with more knowledge and experience!!!

The best thing about the clinic was Dr. Alboiny who was very thorough. IDK what happened to him, but he is gone. I ran out of seizure meds and Dr. Hammoudi (who is in same office) would not give me a refill even though I have been going to that clinic for years. I had to go to my primary care physician and with the co-vid in full force, I went several weeks without medication. Then, I had to wait a few months for my appointment with Dr. Hammoudi. We had a good experience with Dr. A. He took his time speaking with my elderly mother, answered our questions and scheduled tests. Wait time was average and the medical receptionists polite and quick.
One star because I can't give 0. I could not believe the nerve of this guy. I was in his office for a referral because I have been experiencing migraines that over the last few months that went from 3 to 5 episodes a month to 5 to 7 per week. I tried to express to him that the symptoms are different than the migraines I had been diagnosed with almost 20 year's ago. I waited almost 2 months for the appointment.
