Absolutely great customer care
Hair lasts and they do an amazing job in a timely manner. I got French curls single braids with a middle part. So many compliments!

This was my first time going to this braid shop and I had such an amazing experience! The salon was very clean and professional, and the employees were kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She can braid, but her minions can’t. The parts in the back were giving small, medium, and smedium! The start of the braid wasn’t even neat! Also, $200 for a braided BOB is ridiculous…I’d understand paying $200 if it were longer, but for a style that didn’t even pass my shoulders? Girl bye. The boho was falling out not even a day later, so I doubt I’d see myself going back. Not to mention she cut the braids shorter, including my own hair, as if my hair wasn’t short enough to begin with.
