Not only was she late by almost an hour. This was after I called because no cars was there when I arrived. Remind me she gave me the time, which was 9am on a Sunday. I missed church and everything. it was good service my mom took my daughter to the salon though the braids are tight making my daughter having headaches and having me to take them out and redo the from of her hair because of how bad it's hurting her... Good costumer service but they don't do what you ask for, the braids are to tight, they dorm clean their combs and stuff, no blow drying based off my daughter's experience
I would not recommend this place as it is very unprofessional. My appointment was at 11am she didn't show up until 11:30am. Started to braid my hair and left for 30 mins during the process to take her son to work. I asked for med sized shoulder length braids. Braided my hair small to the middle of my back. I explained that this was not the style I asked for. They also agreed with me I was right about what I asked for but overcharged me because they felt that's how my hair should have been braided.
