The Japanese head spa was absolutely amazing, Madison is excellent, knowledgeable and cares about her clients. I was blown away with how relaxing the treatment was and how healthy my scalp looked afterwards. Best treatment I ever had!
Went for my 1st time today with my daughter. And would highly recommend! The product used was so soothing and refreshing. Very nice staff as well. A must try!! We both had the scalpel spa.
Booked an appointment for 11, showed up at 10:55 and my stylist wasn’t there. got to about 11:10 and i was fed up so i left. The girl at the counter was very apologetic and nice and tried to help me as much as she could, she took my number so i assumed the owner would give me a call and rectify it, i have yet to hear anything back. i understand things happen but a heads up to me would have been nice. was exited to try a new salon and get my haircut :/ unfortunately unprofessional.
