Have just had the nicest receptionist ever deal with me for a long time and think she deserves to be recognised as although I don’t rate the surgery the 5 stars any more as the personal touch from doctors has gone the lady who has just helped me was polite, friendly and extremely helpful.credit where credit is due
Tried to get phone call as problem with morphine patches. In terrible pain. Receptionist just said to get in touch with somewhere at 6 in the morning. Am 81 and haven't got a clue. Yet t he practice is taking on new patients. Receptionist should give better advice to vulnerable people. They are not the doctor and

Tried calling since 8am to book Dr's appt.Was waiting 40 mins then clicked 0 as advised they will call me back when I reach number 1 in queue. It's 09 :15 and still no call back.Cannot even book appt online,how are we meant to get appt. BOOKING SYSTEM NEEDS TO CHANGE!!
Your new auto answering machine to book an appointment is absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve said multiple different things, rang 5 times and yet I’m still being taken to the point of the call where it’s asking if I’d like to book in an asthma review or a COPD consultation?? I never asked for an appointment for an existing health condition so what’s that about? You’re going to lose patients at this point and you wonder why your reviews are so crap. Even trying to get an appointment, it’s like waiting in a line for a rollercoaster ... read more
