Useless doctors and receptionist…. I was at reception to ask for a prescription which I was given for 3 months and I asked if I needed to book a consultation and they said I don’t need to do that and I will have my prescription ready in three days… one week later no prescription and when I asked why I didn’t get my prescription they said I needed to book an appointment which they offered me another week later….so two weeks without my medication, not to mention that nobody bothered to call me and tell me that… very useless GP... read more
I've been calling since 8 why is no one answering my phone and disconnecting me?
So far the gp is alright, just a couple of things could be better.. more appoiments after 4:30pm would be good, some people have to work and cant go to the doctors so early Parking spaces, looks like the practice doesnt offer car park and its some difficult to find a space to park.
VERY HELPFUL: The Lady with Dark Hair has her Finger on the Pulse of Customer Service. Attention to 'Little' details and Personal Recognition... Brilliant Customer Service within the Saffron Lane Community. I wish there was more of this Rapport Relationships within businesses... BRILLIANT STAFF!
Usually help me out when needed as much as can be expected from the NHS currently. Recently been so helpful to me in my mental health and bereavement journey
