I had an initial conversation about care at her clinic ( this is a free service she offers). While I can appreciate that she has a specific way of conducting appointments, I found it difficult to get a word in.The focus seemed to be more on outlining her process and confirming my ability to pay, rather than understanding my background, what I was looking for, where I had previously been, or even explaining how her testing compared to other providers I’ve seen. Dr. Donthu is a great doctor. She is kind and caring and she listens to you and figures out what your problems are and what you need. She cares about her patients and goes out of her way to help you get better. I highly recommend her. My wife found her and got good results and then when I started having problems with diarrhea and hemorrhoids, I began seeing her after I had had no luck with my primary doctor.
