Terrible. 1hr wait with no patients in office
Incredibly rude staff. They called me during my working hours which I have asked them 3 separate times not to do. I asked them again not to call me and the receptionist starting yelling. I asker her to stop and to please be civil but she refused, yelled at me some more and then hung up. I am shocked by how unprofessional and rude this conversation was. I have it recorded and will be filing a complaint. There was no reason to yell like that. Civility and respect are bare minimums for interactions. I'm in shock right now.
I wish I could give you zero stars. Took my kid who has a severe mental health illness there. We don't have a GP, so we rely on walk-ins to get their meds filled. We just needed a refill for their meds. The dr was so rude constantly interrupting them. My kid has severe anxiety around Drs, they became upset from being interrupted repeatedly. The Dr was laughing as he watched them become agitated and upset. Then the Dr acused them of being abusive and refused to write a prescription and told them to leave. Don't go there!
Disrespectful doctors, horrible wait times, I waited 1 hour for the doctor to see 3 other patients. And then got yelled at for being anxious. They have no understanding of mental or physical illness.
