This was probably the best Indian food I've had. The place is small and not a trendy, fancy place, but the food was incredible. The lamb tikki masala, served medium spicy (the owner talked us out of very spicy) was perfect. The Chicken Saag was amazing with fresh spinach and sauce. I highly recommend this place and will be going back.

For the desert I would recommend the rice pudding. Rice pudding has been a favorite desert of mine for quite some time, and I've eaten it in many different restaurants. Abysmal. Lamb was indeed tender and not fatty, but the praise stops there. Curries are bland and severely lacking spice, yet simultaneously too salty. Daal makhani, usually a favorite, was so inedible the entire thing had to be thrown out. Naan is fluffy but bread-like. Everything is oddly (and unpleasantly) sweet. Service was friendly, but food was extremely subpar. Easily the worst Indian meal I've had in years.
