Best Indian in Central Vermont, such a great addition to Stowe! The Pakora is a must-have. Great take-out for a dinner party or after a long day out on the hill. Kids love the Samosa chat, us adults love the Chicken Vindaloo and Saag Paneer. Their mango lassis are quite good! We get take out from here every 2-3 weeks and each time is better than the last.
Door dashers beware! This is a photo of what $90 gets you here. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because it tastes decent. Huge rip-off, and EVERY OTHER Indian restaurant gives you at least double this amount. Horribly overpriced and completely not worth it at all. Don't bother wasting your money here.
We didn’t realize this restaurant was takeout only until we arrived. They estimated 25 minutes and it took about 20 minutes to fill our order. We ordered mango lassi, chai tea, lamb Rogan Josh, lamb vindaloo, butter chicken, garlic naan, and cheese naan. All of it was great! They also threw in a rice pudding on the house and it was very tasty! We would definitely order here again.
Sachin & Crew have really stepped this establishment up. Finally a legit Indian food spot in Stowe - love it! Chicken Tikka Masala and the cauliflower dish - yum! Check it out!
