Service was perfect, but the older receptionist was really condescending and laughed at me on my way out of the door. I have a learning disability and she seemed to crack a joke while I was having a slow moment. As much as I love the service team in the garage, I probably won't come back because of the receptionist; no one deserves to be belittled and have their day thrown off for no reason.
They fixed it with no hassle.
To the kia dealer Ship in Fredricksburg Virginiaa I took my car there a year ago told them there was something wrong with it and it only had 56,000 miles on it at the time but they told me nothing was wrong with it and then I took it again the second time for the same problem at 64,000 and they told me again nothing was wrong with my car so I just took it down there again for the third time for the same problem at 89,000 and now the said I need spark plugs and the coils are bad after my 60,000 mile warrenty is up for fixing ... read more
Kia surprised me I helped my dad purchase a Kia Sportage, only because it was such an excellent value! He got a rebate of 3500 and the price compared to toyota and honda was untouchable. I'm all about the money and value. So we looked at Kia first and geezz they gave us such a great deal for the money. I was totally satisfied did not feel pressed by anyone there. Im the hard seller but dad was surprising so sold! He was Ford guy for so long. Needless to say its an experience I'll definitely try again. ;)
Good sales! We bought our car from Fredericksburg Kia. We have had it for two years and still haven't had a problem with it! The sales people were very friendly and did not try to push anything onto us! I love my Kia!
