My experience was great Chris did an awesome job of keeping me informed even with a long wait. He was courteous and respectful when communicating about everything. He will be the person I seek out when coming back for service.
The employee I dealt with was very professional and nice.
Thorough job with good communication.
Edit: my new truck has bumper damage from the lot before I purchased it. Matt the sales manager “made it right” by repainting the bumper (he said it happens all the time and they usually fix it before the customer sees it). That paint started peeling off 2 weeks later. For a month I’ve been trying to contact Matt to fix it with no reply. Not going back to this dealership.
