Good service on my VW's
I could go on and on about the incompetency of this location. Made an appointment at 915 am for them to examine the transmission giving me trouble (which I replaced through them a few months ago at 70k miles previously), then get a call at the end of day that they haven't even started to look at my car and to schedule another appointment next week. This dealership has wasted so much of my time and money. I'm going to go literally anywhere else I possibly can from here on out.
Had the best experience with Brown’s. It was my first car and the help I got from Kevin was exceptional. He was so patient and informative! My sister and nephew came in with me and when we came back he remembered their names. He was so personable. The manager (I wish I remembered his name) was such a huge help when it came to finding a lender for me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
