I have frequented Safflowers for a couple of decades, and take pleasure in calling it my "go-to" place for beautiful floral arrangements and unique local and regional gift ideas for any budget. Owner Joanna Anderson is a lovely soul, and our conversations help me to enjoy our visits as much as my purchases! (my sister LOVED her spring flower and birthday arrangement, thanks!) ~ James W. The owner of the shop was so kind and eager to help me put together an arrangement I loved! She brought out every flower she had from the back, let me have my fun putting together an arrangement, and then went the extra mile by pulling single tulips out of the tulip bunches she was selling to add beautiful finishing touches to my creation! 🥹 She was a joy to talk to, had an impressive ribbon collection, and I cannot praise the freshness of her flowers enough. UPDATE: I WATCHED THEM DELIVER! Ouch… Safflowers delivered bouquets to same church, same time. But, a single $30 yellow rose, naw. Wanted 1 single yellow rose delivered to a funeral. I was willing to pay the $25 delivery fee for a $5 rose. They are 4 miles to the church. “Not worth it to us.” $30 for a single yellow rose was “not worth it.” Really? 2/14/25 Received a delivery today from a friend. Completely misspelled my last name on a delivery to ME. I’ve informed my friend. Another client gone. Keep it up…
