Made a horrible mistake ordering online from them as they are not responsive and I have to wait 30 days before my credit company will intervene for a refund

Bought several items and never received them. Everyone who's been scammed by these people should file a fraud report. You can also submit a complaint to the ontario government under the consumer protection act. google "ontario consumer protection act" and follow the links, you'll eventually find out how to submit a complaint. If enough of us do this they will be shut down.
Was defrauded by this company. They don't send products and don't refund. I filed a fraud report with the police. Dont let these scammers get away with this.
Placed a $400 order JUNE 11, received partial order mid July, after 3 emails and two voice mails they finally got back to me to say the rest was on back order. ZERO contact since, no further items received. Have emailed dozens of times, no replies, phoned dozens of times, no answer and voice mail always full.
