i own a small residential cleaning business and have been going to saffelles for years to get products. they have always been so helpful when i have had questions or needed a product recommended or needed to know the best product for a problem. they had actually given me a discontinued piece of equipment to see if it would help me meet a cleaning need i had. they know you by name and best of all, there are always dogs there. i could go to the local janitor store 5 miles from me but i drive 30 minutes to give them my business... read more
