We purchased hurricane windows in 2016. One of the windows is broken and will not stay up on its own. We have called the company 4 times over 4 weeks leaving messages. No one will call us back. We even went to the office and no one would come see us. We were told someone would call today. Didn't happen. Very disappointed we cannot get any response. Be careful as it is very important to have good service after the windows are installed as well as during the sale.
Nice people. Delivery was quick. Need to back in off the circle.
