Scheduling was smooth and prompt, and the technician arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The water reports were detailed yet easy to understand. What I love about SafeWell is that they are willing to help solve a problem and are not focused on making a sale. Tommy has been incredibly helpful. We do need a new filter system and I'm planning reaching out to SafeWell for that.
Cody did a great job with our regular system maintenance and thoroughly explained everything he he planned on doing in the process. Cody was also very friendly and personable!
We had a 2-stage 20-inch whole-house water filter installed. The estimator listened carefully to our objectives, and helped us determine what we needed. The installation was neatly laid out, and expertly done. The price was better than two other estimates we got. In fact, one of them was very substantially higher, yet it specified only 3/4 inch pipes instead of the 1 inch pipes SafeWell used. We are very happy with the results.
Tremendous support staff who are knowledgable and welcoming. Our installer took the time to explain our system and did a fantastic job.
