We had safewell come and perform a water systems, quality and quantity check for a home we were purchasing. They were quick to inform us of things that needed to get done, however left important information out such as the well pump having corrosion and potentially needing a replacement soon. When they came to do the original work scheduled, the technician informed us of that and then quoted us $3500. Our neighbor recommended SafeWell and we’re so glad we contacted them. They helped us first with a comprehensive water test and provided a detailed report. We then spoke with Tommy – a super nice and knowledgeable guy –who walked us through the report and their recommendations for the equipment we would need to fix the problems with our well water. Technician came to change my whole house filter and do annual service on my backwash filter. He ran into a glitch with a finicky part but was persistent and resolved the issue before he left. Safe Well is always reliable, professional and responsive. Very pleased with their service.

We had a 2-stage 20-inch whole-house water filter installed. The estimator listened carefully to our objectives, and helped us determine what we needed. The installation was neatly laid out, and expertly done. The price was better than two other estimates we got. In fact, one of them was very substantially higher, yet it specified only 3/4 inch pipes instead of the 1 inch pipes SafeWell used. We are very happy with the results.

I would be VERY careful before trusting this service. We were promised something without being told the true cost of the system, the fact that it requires expensive maintenance year over year. Our system doesn't work and they only care about their maintenance visits. We feel very misled and disappointed by our $5K filtration system that doesn't work.
