They picked up my belongings on July 27 with a written promise to deliver within 4–12 days. It is now August 10, and I have received no delivery, no updates, and no response from their team despite calling, emailing, and trying every contact method possible. They are holding my personal property, ignoring all communication, and violating the delivery contract. This is completely unacceptable and has caused significant stress and hardship. Hello, I am a friend of a driver who works with Safeway, I hear nothing but bad things about this company. This company has reduced the rates of the owner-operators by over 30% over the past year-and-a-half They have also taken away their Bobtail pay and late move pay. This company is getting worse by the month and losing the trust of its owner-operators.
