STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! They destroyed my $800 tire and won't replace it . My tire was perfect when I brought it in to have to removed off the rim and when they removed it , they cut the side wall and won't admit to it. The owner Mark is a hot head and a poor business man that can own up to his mistakes.

Safeway Tire- service and communication is horrible – I had my worst purchase experiance ever at Safeway Tire, when buying 4 tires. I could have gotten over the quote price switch by adding 10 dollars per tire because of "I thought you said this", bait and switch. The long wait, thought tires were on hand at shop, no communication. The last thing that was unforgivable was the way they butchered my aluminum rims with circular gouges, then when called they said the machines don't touch that surface, blah blah blah. Safeway has alot of problems!!! – I also purchased tires here from a sales person named warren,and I was there for 4 hours waiting for my tires!! All they kept asking me if I need a ride somewhere,when I asked to talk to the manager I got know where with him!!!

SAFEWAYS NOT THE SAFE WAY TO GO – I PURCHASED TWO TIRES IN OCT 09, REFERRED BY MY AUTO MECH TO DEAL WITH MIKE C. I ASKED FOR THE TWO TIRES ON THE FRONT OFCAR TO BE PLACED ON THE REAR, (WHICH HAD BETTER TRED THEN THE TWO REAR TIRES) & TO PUT THE TWO NEW TIRES I JUST BOUGHT ON THE FRONT. WELL I DID GET MY NEW TIRES, BUT SAFEWAY NEVER PUT THE TIRES I ASKED ON THE REAR. THERE FOR LEAVING MY WITH TWO BLAD TIRES ON THE REAR OF MY CAR. ITS NO WONDER SAFEWAY TIRE ISN'T THE SAFEWAY TO GO.
