After other companies said they couldn’t help us, Safeway Tax assured us they could help us. We sent a $500 retaining fee. After looking into it, Dustin said they would be able to help us. He ASSURED us that the worst case scenario would be that we would pay $130 for up to 3 years and then we would be done paying. Do not have this company help you with your tax problems. All the want is your money . I am now stuck paying my taxes and making payments on a loan I took out so they could help me. They are a joke. Do use their services.
So about a few months back someone from Safeway tax consultant contacted me and I thought cool I’ll be able to get my taxes settled but no 1st the service cost me 125$ for each year which was cool so they started to take money out of my account each month they said some one would send me a email to release my w2s but they never did but they continued to take money out with out sending me the releases form so down the way a few months later I asked for a refund they said no and if I wanted to continue the service I would have... read more
