Called to ask if they carry a first aid product, on a Sunday ( new skin spray) The spray on version of medical crazy glue. The pharmacist didn’t know what I was talking about, typing it in, couldn’t go look on the shelf and replied- I don’t think so. I thought it was a yes or no question. I moved my prescriptions from here a couple of years ago. Now I remember why!! Now my husband has to drive all the way there, cause it doesn’t seem to show anything on line. Such a waste of time! Nice people but that's Alberta
Have been working with staff for years. Always receive excellent service and professional advice when I need it. I never wait more than a few minutes and phone ahead to ensure that my pickup will be available when I arrive.
I would rate lower if I could! Their pharamist seems to be more interested in answering the phone and staring at his computer than waiting on customers. Wait times are terrible. We moved our prescriptions and likely will our groceries too.
