The pharmacist/ pharmacy manager refused to fill a travel override request to fill a 90 day supply in spite of the facts that the Doctor Prescribed the amount and the insurance ok'd the travel override. Resulting in the override expiring and us having to pay out of pocket expenses at the last minute that were unnecessary if the Insurance override had been processed in a quick and timely fashion.
