Live half an hour out of town; came in to pick up a prescription that was sent in yesterday morning. Had two small kiddos and was waiting in line for a bit. Got to the counter and gave my name and birthdate. The lady told me that it would be 45-60 minutes. I let her know I really couldn’t wait that long with two small babies and asked why if it was sent in yesterday that I would still need to wait longer and she said “well we are 700 prescriptions behind. Incredibly slow. I’ve had to get my doctor to send an updated prescription multiple times because for some reason they didn’t keep track of the change in dosage, even once my doctor provided the info. Some days they just don’t take phone calls. I showed up in person and waited in line a half hour just to be told they didn’t have the up to date prescription and I couldn’t refill. More than once I’ve missed days on my medication because of these folks. My advice? Find an alternative.
The pharmacist/ pharmacy manager and staff are exceptional. Patient and kind. They take the time to help me snd my family get all of our medications. They are excellent and are appreciated by our family..
Staff is always helpful and meds filled quickly.
I usually use their delivery service for my medications, but any time that I actually come in to grab them it’s always efficient and easy. Any delivery delays are because of USPS and not them, but if I need a medication fast I just don’t delivery and pick up instead. Thanks for your guys’ service!
