The staff and pharmacy are we nice and accomadating.
Horrible service. Patient was completely out of medication. So we called this pharmacy that has been used on a regular basis by patient. "Half of it will be ready Saturday." "But we have to order the other half and that wont be ready till Monday." Went on Monday to pick it up . "We need a prescription from your Doctor, we cant fill it untill then. Called doctor and requested a refill. Weds arrives. "We never got the prescription request from your doctor, have your doctor resend it". Doctor swears he sent it Monday. Patient h... read more
Worse customer service ever and not helpful at all. Take your prescriptions elsewhere!
