I was there last week, and some employees were talking and laughing among themselves. One female employee was telling a story and said the "N" word, and the others pointed it out and she didn't even realize she had said that. Some kind of laughed and swept it under the rug. I went this past week, and I was ignored by a female employee, while she was talking to another employee. I felt this employee was rude, and some of the vibe here is not good customer service based.
