They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They have never shipped my medication to the wrong address. I never have to wonder if it will show up.
