The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bit of a line sometimes but it goes pretty quick. Way better than Walgreens
It was a new record for me, the other day. When I arrived, there were sixteen people ahead of me in line. There was only one person at the register. My time began at 10:20 am and I finally retrieved my prescription at 11:15. There have been times where I have gone without my prescription, simply because I did not have the thirty to forty-five minutes to wait in line. They cut the hours so as to close at 7:00pm. In tiny Newport, WA, they stay open until 9:00pm and I have never waited more than a couple minutes.
Rude staff ( tall female pharmacist ). Lied to my face about their lunch hour and closed the pharmacy on me while I was running back to my car for my ID. I had stood in a long line for 20 minutes before that.
0 Stars if i could! As a heath care provider office, I am highly disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I've been trying to resolve a prescription issue for one of my patients, but it's nearly impossible to reach the pharmacist. Their voicemail system is full, making it impossible to leave a message, and when i do manage to speak with someone, there are concerning issues with the basic calculations.
