They never answer their phone and they are rude to you when you express your concerns regarding the phone line. Why even have a phone number if there’s none to answer It
So, mixed review! Several people who work here are ALWAYS amazing to us, so helpful and understanding! They are definitely always understaffed and overworked at this location! It leads to days when you can feel the stress and it's got to he hard. Im a repeat frustrating one as my insurance is a jerk, and they always do their best to help me, and it doesn't go unnoticed!♡
