I have been going to the Marlow pharmacy for about a year, and usually have a fine experience. This last time I went in, there was a new, older woman pharmacist, whom I've never seen, and in my personal opinion, has probably the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. I went in to pick up my prescription that I was told was ready and she refused to give it to me. She said it would cost $84 and when I tried to explain that not only do I need this prescription and don't have that money, that it is covered by my insurance... read more
This store has declined over the years. Every single thing other than the food is locked up due to theft. I'd really like to do my shopping without having to wait 5 minutes for a staff to come assist.
Safeway pharmacy personnel are always cheerful, friendly and helpful.
In this pharmacy I have found the most rude pharmacist and unprofessional that I could ever imagine. I promise to never come back! And… you know what? I have my prescription
