Great pharmacy. Staff is very helpful & friendly.
These guys rarely answer the phone. I have had to drive there 2 days after my script should have been filled and it hasn't been done. Getting tired of dealing with them.
Really need to commend all of the people working at this Safeway pharmacy; they appear so short staffed and always seem to be handling a massive volume of community members and prescription needs. I have found them to be courteous and upfront about what I can expect in the context of provider/insurance/inventory issues. One star is too much. I've been in pain all day, waiting for my prescription to be filled, only to be told they just ordered it this evening and it won't be in until tomorrow evening. When I told them that was ridiculous and they needed to work on customer service, he said, "have a good evening" and hung up. No consideration at all for what their customers are going through. It is sickening to have every employee there being so unfeeling. Give me a break. Do not use this pharmacy.
