I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews. We moved to the Sammamish area 8 months ago, and this has been the best pharmacy we’ve used—hands down—compared to four others we tried. The team is always helpful and welcoming, gets our prescriptions ready quickly, and takes the time to answer all my questions. The pharmacy tech or front desk girl named Anushka (spelling?) was displaying very bizarre and unprofessional behavior in front of us and several other customers. She was very loud and asking people‘s private information in front of them very loudly, yelling across the waiting room at other customers. Slow, horrible service and never bill things correctly. Avoid.
I have unfortunately used this pharmacy in the past and I didn't realize how bad it was til I set up a different pharmacy through Safeway while I'm in college. They have no bedside manner, are very inconsistent, and don't listen fully to what you say. I just had to transfer one of my prescription medications back to my other pharmacy and I was told it was my problem and that I will have to call them. I have had great service at this pharmacy. I find the pharmacists professional and kind. They have always had my medications ready for pickup when promised even if they seem very busy.
