BEWARE of Safeway Pharmacy in Washougal, WA!!! – They sold me a prescription ($47) that would expire during the period of use and when I noticed this and brought the unopened Rx back to them, I asked them to replace it with one that wouldn't expire soon. Charles said, "That is lame...it should have been taken off the shelf," but he had to ask the manager. Skip the Pharmacy – This Safeway is way behind the times, especially for Boulder. Their organic section is a joke. Although in general their service is super-friendly, the Head Pharmacist is very condescending and rude. I overheard him treating an elderly woman ahead of me like a child when she asked some questions. He treated me the same, angry and exasperated that I was so stupid. Get your prescriptions elsewhere unless you enjoy that kind of abuse.

Great Customer Service – Great customer service and knowledgeable staff we all appreciate.
Cranky, cranky, cranky – Noisy and busy. Undergoing major reconstruction. Makes it very difficult to interact effectively. And all that hammering has made the staff unhappy.
Really helped to make prescription affordable!!! – After getting a prescription for a very expensive medication, I called several local pharmacies. The pharmacist and techs at the Baseline Safeway, were patient (four phone calls and 2 visits) and helpful at looking up the cost, finding me a number of discounts including submitting a discount card from the manufacturer. The final result was that I was able to save 75% on the medication, making it much more affordable. The answered all my questions and were very sympathic.
Horrible – DO Not Use This Pharmacy, Carl is rude and heartless. They treat thier customers like criminals. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Do not use them you will be sorry.
Bad Service – I have never seen so many people standing around doing nothing when they were busy until I came to this place. It is an in convince for this store to help their customers; it gets in the way of them getting paid for standing there doing nothing. They refuse to open there self check out lanes in the morning because the early morning professionals that need quick service are apparently not trustworthy. Service with an attitude – I usually dont complain on things but i was astonished on how rude Patty D. was in the Deli there.. There was no need for her attitude. I most likely wont go back because of Patty D.
