Very poor service and slow. I waited for almost an hour for just picking up the meds which they called to inform that the medication is ready to pick up
Wish there is zero star, I’ve never felt more discriminated against and disrespected. I waited in line for 40 minutes, only to be told my medication wasn’t ready and I’d need to wait another 20 minutes. I patiently complied. After an hour, I returned, but was still told to wait. I had to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes just to reach the counter for a status update. This is utterly unacceptable. If I could give this a zero star I absolutely would. Every call you make gets instantly transferred to hold, every time I go in because they say it’s ready-I’m waiting an extra 40 when I get there, it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had such a hard time picking up the meds I need daily. Frustrating as a whole. Wouldn’t be leaving this review had yall answered your phone.
