This lady working in Pharmacy not nice. Anytime i came to pick up ky medicine, she looks like don’t want talk to me, don’t want to help me, don’t want to do for me. I not good in English but i can talk enough for her understand what i need. But she yell to me , look like i don’t know what you want , i don’t understand what are you talking about. OMG . I don’t understand why she can working in here with bad attitude. Anytime see her BAD service.
I love this pharmacy except for that 1 staff person who is always rude and wouldn’t even smile(speaking of customer service) Can you anyone guess who this person is? I hope they replace that person because everybody there is really great.
Had to wait literally an hour to get my medicine. I am 5th in the line
Update: it is now possible to have to wait in line for 10+ minutes AFTER 8PM. At this point it's impressively bad. -- Somehow, this pharmacy has managed to get even worse. It now takes me on average 15-30 minutes to pick up my prescriptions. Zero recognition from the staff that this is not okay. Maybe the goal is to be so terrible people just stop comping?
Don't come here. I went because the Bartells closed, and it's next door. I just waited 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. There were 6 people in the line. I had to spell my name 3 times and repeat my date of birth twice. The person then had problems finding anything. At the time, there were 6 people behind the counter and only 1 helping customers, although tmgiven what I wrote above, "helping" is barely the word to use.
