Update: they no longer even bother to answer their phones to put you on hold. -- Not only is this pharmacy so insufficiently staffed it is not possible to call in a prescription during business hours (waited on hold and was hung up on multiple times) they also feel it is my job as a patient to be aware of the intricacies of pharmacy law when I am asking to understand what documentation they require to fill a prescription. -- Update: one person working on a Sunday with a long line before they even opened. They are horrible. They put you on hold for a long time intentionally. They don't care about their customers. They are unprofessional. I will change them in the near future. They pick up the phone and they put you on hold. They are very rude and they talk very disrespectful. They would say anything just to get rid of you and to protect their reputation. I am really done with their service. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
