I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the care my father has received from Anna, the pharmacist. Over time, she has consistently interfered with his medical care by refusing to fill medications that have been prescribed and verified by his doctor. This has caused unnecessary suffering for my father, who is 80 years old, currently very ill, and grieving the loss of his wife due to Alzheimer’s. They’ve always been good to me. But oh my gosh they are PAINFULLY SLOW. Always takes forever in line. Sometimes it will take you an hour to get your prescriptions.
I don't understand all the bad reviews. This pharmacy is always on top of things for me. I'm so grateful to have a neighborhood pharmacy that answers my calls and it's always very courteous and patient even when the customers aren't. Thank u!
Service has gone straight down in the past few months- I’ve waited 40 minutes in line and I’ve even had the incorrect medicine be filled.
