This is by far the worst pharmacy I have been to. The lines are very long, they rarely answer their phones, the female staff are rude and are unhelpful. They make you call your doctor for refills. And I caught them in a tangle about when they exactly mailed my prescriptions to me. It doesn't take over a week, so I called to complain and they blamed the carrier- though suddenly they arrived a couple days later after that call. That was twice they forgot. If you’re gonna use this pharmacy, make sure you have a minimum of a half hour to wait in line probably closer to an hour. There’s literally 12 people in line all day every day I go to the store every single day multiple times and there’s always a huge line. This is ridiculous.
No pharmacy staff members ever answer the phone!! I've been calling all morning and into the late evening. It's ridiculous!!! This needs to be addressed
Switched here since the nearby Bartells closed….I have called 10-15 times over the last week and not a single call has been answered. Now since seeing the other reviews mentioning a rude staff, I’m dreading having to go in to try and get my questions answered. I will definitely be switching pharmacies asap.
