They never pick up their phone - changing my pharmacy now
I never usually do ratings but this has been the first customer service I’ve had where I’ve felt upset. I was told my medicine wasn’t in stock, and to come later. A couple weeks later passed and I was told it’s still not in stock - this confused me so I explained how I was told this last time. Eventually the lady tells me that the medicine is actually over the counter and should be found in the isles. I asked where exactly and she didn’t know either, leaving me to look for it myself.
