Pharmacy staff are exceptional with customer service, knowledge & friendliness. They work very hard at their job & are constantly busy & they’re all very kind & patient people who are devoted to their customers well-being. I am writing this to advocate for the hiring of an additional technician & direct this message to the corporate office that they notice how deserving they are of more staff working during the busiest time of day.
We switched to the Las Galinas Safeway pharmacy because the customer service is always excellent. The ease of filling & refilling prescriptions is seamless. Lastly, pharmacy staff actually answer the phone, unlike other chain pharmacies in Marin...
If I could give zero stars I would. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. They said they couldn't fill my prescription at the dosage - no explanation as to why. Told me to wait longer first then claimed they "didn't know why" they couldn't fill it again the next time. Blamed it on the app not working right.
