Pharmacy staff answered the call said “call me back in 15 minutes” and hung up.
The store itself is okay, the management is far from it, they always target the older workers, they have favorites, we just checked out, the nice lady who helped us seemed very down, her face was flushed and her eyes were teary, I was very irritated that day to have witnessed that.
Everyone on the staff in the pharmacy is very helpful and engaging. It's been our only pharmacy for decades.
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY Their notification system is broken. In back to back months I almost ran out of medications due to this pharmacy refusing prescriptions and not contacting me or my doctor in any way shape or form about doing so, leaving us to scramble to rectify (again, with no communication from the Pharmacy about how to do so or if our efforts were successful).
