Iris and Phil were extremely helpful in my time of need! I had surgery and needed medication before they closed. They stopped what they were working on and helped fill my medication immediately so I could not be in pain and able to sleep a bit! I couldn't have done it without them, and they were extremely friendly! Thank you both for your service, I really appreciate it!
I called the pharmacy to find out if my prescription was ready, the young woman put me on hold without asking if I wanted to wait. I called back and she simply picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called again because I thought it was rude and her reply was "well if I put you on hold it would be for a long time and the phone would hang up anyway, so call in 15 minutes.
